This book has been written to help all those who, for various reasons, decide to train at home or outdoors. CROSSTRAINING HOME SESSIONS is an INTERACTIVE TRAINING MANUAL where you can find 100 WODS OF CROSSTRAINING to be done at home or outdoors and without the need to use materials from gyms and CrossTraining Boxes.

To prepare these training sessions we have had the advice of the specialist Eduardo Romero (@edub.training), Senior Technician in Physical Activity and Sport Animation, student of Physical Activity and Sport Sciences, CrossTraining coach and Territorial Handball coach.

And you’re in luck because each training session is accompanied by linked video-tutorials so that you don’t have any doubts when it comes to performing each exercise (click on the name of the exercise to see the video). You will also find information about the muscle groups involved in each training session. Check also the information regarding the necessary material. Feel free to follow the suggested order or work the muscle groups of your choice. And of course, make use of the suggested music for each WOD, just click on the “speaker” symbol.
